VOLUNTEERS
M-POWER currently has over 600 active volunteers who make our ministries possible. We are always looking for committed short and long-term volunteers. In addition to needing doctors, nurses, dentists, data entry personnel, social workers, counselors, mentors, instructors, tutors, prayer partners, guest speakers, and translators for our programs, we also need volunteer help for the day-to-day operations of M-POWER. We need volunteers to help with answering the phones, clerical work, and website/multimedia design.

M-POWER Clinic
Tuesday - Thursday from 3:30pm - 7:00pm

TOPM-POWER Christian Women’s & Men’s Job Corps®
CWJC®: Tuesday – Thursday from 8:30am – 2:00pm
CMJC®: Tuesday – Thursday from 6:00pm – 9:00pm

TOPM-POWER Literacy
Volunteer Needs:- Tutors
- Data-Entry Clerks
A 13.5 hour training session is required of all literacy tutors. Once trained, a tutor is matched with a student and commits to spending 90 minutes per week with his or her match. For more information, please contact Beverly Sansom, Director of Adult Literacy, at 205.595.5959.
